Consultation on environmental skills needs

The Natural Environment Research Council, in conjunction with the Environment Research Funders' Forum (ERFF), is launching a public consultation to determine future skills needs in the environmental sciences sector.

This consultation is part of a broader skills needs review.

NERC wants to hear from stakeholders in the environmental sciences research base and the relevant public and private sector organisations.

Contributions to the draft skills framework will help inform NERC's future investment (currently over £30m per year) in training and developing postgraduates.
