Health is Global

Health is Global maps out where global health issues arise across a whole range of UK government business including security, development, trade, collaboration with international institutions and building evidence for policy making.

The strategy highlights the importance of coherence and consistency in government policy and identifies how the government can work more effectively with its partners to deliver better health outcomes.

Commitments set out in Health is Global will be taken forward by lead government departments: Department of Health (DH) and Department for International Development (DFID).
